All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and scope confirmation.

2. Estimates and Proposals

We offer free, no-obligation estimates for most projects. All written proposals or quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary based on material availability, changes to project scope, or unforeseen conditions.

3. Scheduling and Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

Weather conditions

Supply chain delays

Permit processing times

Change orders or adjustments requested by the client

We will communicate openly about any delays and work with you to adjust timelines if necessary.

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule. This amount and due date will be outlined in your contract.

Remaining payments are due according to the project schedule or upon completion, as agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Changes to Scope (Change Orders)

Any changes to the agreed-upon project scope must be submitted in writing. This includes changes in materials, layout, or timeline. Additional charges may apply.

We reserve the right to revise the project cost and schedule if the scope of work is changed.

7. Warranties and Workmanship

We stand by the quality of our work. Tranes Customs LLC offers a limited workmanship warranty on most projects. Warranty details will be included in your service agreement.

Please note: warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, third-party work, or neglect.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project:

Before work begins: You may cancel with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and materials purchased.

After work begins: You may still cancel, but you may be responsible for work completed and any non-refundable costs incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or failure to meet contractual agreements.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Tranes Customs LLC is not liable for:

Delays caused by weather, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control

Pre-existing damage or structural issues unless specified in writing

Personal injury or property damage not caused by our team or negligence
